When WordPress or a plugin ships an update, they publish what they fixed. That list is useful to you and equally useful to whoever wants in. An un-updated site is running software with a publicly documented way past the door. I check every site I look after, every day.
Bots guess their way into websites all day using common usernames and obvious passwords. Your logins get randomised so there's nothing to guess, and anyone hammering a username that doesn't exist gets their address blocked.
Every site is backed up every night and every backup is kept for 50 days. Most plans keep 7, which only helps if you notice fast. Some problems, a broken form or a page quietly gone, take weeks to surface. Fifty days means you can still go back when you finally spot it.

The mailbox is part of the plan, so it ends with the plan. Before it does I'll export everything in it and send you the archive, so no mail is lost. If you'd rather keep the address running, tell me before you cancel and I'll move the domain across to an account in your own name, then you carry it on directly.
I find out from monitoring and start on it, then tell you what happened and what I did. You won't hear about it first from a customer.
The plan is the background work: updates, backups, security, monitoring. The hours are the foreground work: changes, fixes, questions, anything that needs a person to look at it. Essentials is background only. The other two include hours.

Worth being straight about what this is: it's email, properly run on your domain. It is not Google Workspace, so there are no Docs, Drive or Meet. If your team lives in those, buy Workspace and I'll point your records at it. If you just need email that works and someone to call when it doesn't, this is that.

The site is yours. WordPress is open source, the domain is in your name, and the content is your content. I'll send you the files and the database, and help you point it wherever you're going.
A care plan keeps your site running and current. It isn't a second build. Outside it: full redesigns, brand new pages and sections, adding an online store, writing your content for you, and local SEO. Those are quoted separately, and care plan clients get half off my hourly rate on all of it.
Also outside it: fixing something a third party broke on a site I don't host, and licences for plugins beyond the Divi and Fluent Forms Pro ones I include. If a request falls outside the plan I'll tell you before I start, not after.
